By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within up to 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In the event of stock shortages or operational issues affecting order preparation, customers will be notified via the email address provided during checkout.


2. Shipping Methods, Areas, and Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United States.

Available shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: estimated delivery time of 8–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as logistics operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond Veiloris’ control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before completing the purchase.

Veiloris currently offers free shipping on all orders.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours after the maximum processing period has passed, please contact support@veiloris.com.


5. Deliveries and Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, reshipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Address changes are allowed only before the order has been processed. To request a change, please contact support@veiloris.com as soon as possible.

Once an order is in transit, shipping addresses cannot be modified.


6. International Shipping and Customs

Some orders may be fulfilled through international logistics partners.

Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delivery delays.

Veiloris is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.


7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order experiences an unusual delay or tracking updates stop for an unreasonable period, please contact us at support@veiloris.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your tracking number

In the event of visible package damage, customers should also provide:

  • Clear photographs of the package and shipping label

If the carrier confirms that a package is lost, Veiloris will work with the logistics provider and inform the customer of the next steps.


8. Delivery Inspection

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging, please document it with the carrier whenever possible and take photographs of the package and shipping label.

For damaged or defective items after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy.


9. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed.

If the order has already been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, the customer must wait until delivery and follow the return procedure described in our Return Policy.

Veiloris reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time.

Any updates will become effective immediately upon publication on Veiloris.
